Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager, located in Velachery. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing account operations, and providing support for billing and RCM processes. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, identifying and resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing account performance to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
• Understanding of medical billing, coding, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Should be flexible with shift timings
• Preferred for WFO
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
