Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Receivable Senior Associate to join our team at BHAIRAVGARM PALACE, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the account receivable process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the account receivable process.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to account receivable management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
