Account Payable Specialist

Role Overview: At SentinelOne, you will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks related to invoice coding, PO matching, expense claim audits, and process improvements. Your role will require a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. You will be working in an international I2P environment and must have experience with Coupa NetSuite & Expensify. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent Excel skills, numerical and analytical abilities, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Perform invoice coding to the General Ledger as per accounting policies - Apply invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) - Follow up with invoice approvers on unapproved invoices - Audit expense claims against SentinelOne Policies - Follow up with employees not complying with policies - Identify and highlight potential process improvements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in an international I2P environment - Experience with Coupa NetSuite & Expensify is a plus - High-level understanding of VAT and GST - Excellent Excel skills - High numerical and analytical skills, ability to multitask - Pro-active attitude, hands-on mentality - Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude - Experience working in a SOX environment - Ability to learn and adapt quickly, analyze information, and exercise good judgment - Excellent communication skills in written and oral English Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge company that offers competitive compensation, flexible working hours, a hybrid/remote work model, and various benefits including a global gender-neutral Parental Leave, employee stock plan, wellness programs, medical insurance, and more.
