Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Executive with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in metals and alloys. The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Verification & Processing
: Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts; ensure accuracy and completeness.
Vendor Management
: Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues and maintain strong relationships.
Payment Execution
: Process payments via NEFT/RTGS/cheques in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.
Account Reconciliation
: Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies monthly.
Compliance Handling
: Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Audit Support
: Maintain documentation and support internal and external audits.
ERP System Usage
: Work with systems like SAP, Tally, or Oracle for transaction recording and reporting.
Coordination
: Collaborate with procurement, stores, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
34 years of experience in Accounts Payable in a manufacturing setup.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance norms.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
