Account Payable Executive

Roles & Responsibility :-

· Maintaining Company accounts on ERP /Tally prime.

· Verification and day-to-day Postings of Cash

· Expenses at factory.

· Verification and posting of Material inwards and

· purchases as applicable supporting (TDS, GST, PO,

· E-way Bills etc.)

· Verification and Accounting / Settlement of Service

· bills of vendors as per policies (Like PO Terms, TDS)

· Identifying the process gaps and taking initiative for

· improvements.

· Vendor Reconciliation.

· Liasoning with Govt officials.

· Verification and post of Material Transfer Entries as

· per BOM.

· Good knowledge of export / import accounting

· Good to have exposure to factory accounting.

· (Manage accounting of Material inward / outward)

Preferred Skills Required:-

· Should have exposure of Payable Settlement

· Process (Bill clearance of Vendors for services /

· Materials)

· Should have exposure of accounting and bills

· settlement of Material and services.

· Should have exposure of Cash handling, petty

· expenses etc.

· Should have knowledge of basic accounting

· procedures

· Should have knowledge of GST / TDS

· Should have Exposure of Excel and Tally Prime

· Should have exposure of Govt liasoning.

· Should have exposure of Excel (V-lookup, Pivot,

· Basic excel) and Email Writing

· Good communication Skills (Writing / Verbal both)

· especially of English.

· Optional Requirements

· Good knowledge of export / import accounting

· Good to have exposure to factory accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
