Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive top-notch service. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, resolving any issues that arise, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with various departments within the company to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently
Sales and Business Development experience
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the steel industry is a plus
