Account Manager - Vendor Management (Contract IT Recruitment)

As an Account Manager at TRooTech, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing vendor relationships for the contract staffing division. Your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and overseeing vendors across India who can provide skilled professionals for client needs. This role necessitates strategic sourcing, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of contractual hiring dynamics. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Vendor Expansion:** Identify, onboard, and nurture new staffing vendors with expertise in contract and temporary hiring. - **Vendor Relationship Management:** Strengthen relationships with existing vendors to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates. - **Negotiation & Rate Management:** Negotiate billing rates with vendors to ensure profitability and compliance. - **Database Development:** Create and maintain a vendor database categorized by skill set, location, and success rate. - **Coordination with TA Team:** Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition teams to align vendor submissions with client requirements. - **Performance Management:** Evaluate vendor performance metrics such as responsiveness, profile quality, and turnaround time. - **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure proper execution and tracking of vendor agreements, NDAs, and rate cards. - **Market Mapping:** Conduct continuous research to identify new staffing partners and emerging talent vendors. - **Strategic Growth:** Contribute to the vendor engagement strategy and suggest process improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in vendor management, staffing, or contract hiring. - Strong understanding of contractual hiring models and manpower sourcing. - Experience in PAN India vendor management across various industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ATS knowledge. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,
