As an Account Manager in US Staffing at Hitech City, Hyderabad, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for Implementation Partners/System Integrator clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the US staffing industry. - Serving as the main contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. - Conducting regular client meetings to assess staffing needs, understand project requirements, and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal recruitment teams to identify suitable candidates for client positions, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements, and industry regulations. In terms of business development, you will need to identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing client accounts, seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events, as well as preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients. Your role will also involve tracking key performance metrics, analyzing data trends, and providing insights to optimize staffing strategies. You will be expected to prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Any Bachelors degree B. Tech, BCA, or related field. - Proven experience in account management, preferably within the US staffing industry. - Experience working with Implementation Partners/System Integrator clients. - Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS (Ceipal, Job Diva, etc). - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
