Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for
UK & Europe IT clients
.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely closures.
Meet revenue, hiring targets, and client SLAs.
Handle escalations, negotiations, and ensure smooth on-boarding of candidates.
Manage a team of recruiters (if applicable), providing guidance and performance feedback.
Track and report account performance, delivery metrics, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

610 years of experience in
IT Recruitment
with at least 3+ years in
Account Management
.
Strong experience in handling clients across
UK & Europe markets
.
Proven success in managing accounts with
high-volume IT hiring
.
Excellent understanding of
IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends
.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing recruitment teams is a plus.
Flexible to work with clients across different time zones (UK/Europe).
