Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting their expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive service improvement initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities by networking within the industry and leveraging existing connections to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective talent acquisition strategies.

Job Requirements :

3-20 years' experience in account management or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
Proven track record in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
Strong understanding of IT services market trends, technologies, and best practices; ability to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
Excellent client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual benefit.
