Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive service improvement initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking within the industry and leveraging existing connections to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective talent acquisition strategies.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-20 years' experience in account management or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
  • Proven track record in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of IT services market trends, technologies, and best practices; ability to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
  • Excellent client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual benefit.
