Job Description

Designation: Account Manager

Salary: 40K to 60K p.m

NOTE : Experience in LC (Letter of Credit). and BG.(Bank Guarantees.)

Experience : Min 5 years

Location: Vasai (East)

Key Responsibilities:

GST: Monthly/quarterly filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
TDS: Deduction, return filing, and compliance with all applicable rules.
Payroll & Benefits: Salary processing including overtime, incentive, and bonus calculations.
Income Tax: Employee tax planning and compliance; basic corporate tax understanding.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payment and filing for PF and ESIC.
Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Vendor Management:

Checking and verifying purchase bills.
Issuance and reconciliation of credit notes and debit notes.

Banking Operations:

Preparation and handling of Bank Guarantees.
Documentation and coordination for LC (Letter of Credit).

Import Documentation:

Coordinate with customs, CHA, and suppliers for import-related processes.
Manage import invoices, BOE entries, and reconciliation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
