Qualifications

Experience in client account management, customer relationship management, and client service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Familiarity with financial or banking services is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required
Knowledge of the local market and fluency in relevant regional languages is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
