Job Description

As an experienced candidate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and setting up customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer goals and demonstrating how our product can help them achieve these goals. You will act as a product consultant, assisting customers with necessary settings and implementations. Additionally, you will serve as a key channel for customer feedback, collaborating with various teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will also involve managing customer renewals and upselling, as well as driving expansion revenue within your accounts. Building and nurturing relationships with customers and buyers will be essential, advising them on product packages and upgrades to support their growth journeys. Furthermore, you will lead product adoption efforts within customer enterprises.
