Job Description

You will be joining Svamaan Financial Services as an Account Manager based in Hospet. Your primary responsibilities will include daily reconciliation of demand versus collection reports, bank reconciliation statements preparation, report generation, managing staff expenses such as fuel, reimbursement, food, accommodation, etc. Additionally, you will be in charge of insurance matters including life insurance, health insurance, asset insurance, and handling cases related to branch robbery or cash fidelity. Collaborating with internal teams to achieve company targets and goals will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Master of Commerce degree with a specialization in finance, possess account management skills, and have excellent communication abilities. Your capacity to navigate critical situations and provide immediate reports, along with your proficiency in report preparation and account data analysis, will be crucial. Strong communication skills, both within the branch team and externally, are essential. The role requires you to work on-site in Hospet, and having 10 years of experience in the financial services sector would be advantageous. A good level of computer knowledge is also expected.,
