Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager with strong experience in data analytics, client relationship
management, and customer support. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, driving data-driven insights, and supporting business growth through proactive engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day relationships with key clients, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services.Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.Analyse client and campaign data using industry-standard analytics tools to provide actionable insightsand performance reports.Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and client review.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to resolve client issues and improveservice delivery.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs and data insights.Maintain documentation of client interactions, requirements, and follow-up actions.Serve as the first escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.4-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success.Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.Experience handling client accounts in B2B or SaaS environments preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Preferred SkillsExperience working with data visualization and report automation.Background in customer support operations or technical account management.
