Key Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse set of accounts in an end-to-end manner, ensuring 100% accountability for all outcomes, including escalations, relationship building, retention, and revenue generation. - Develop a strong understanding of the product and collaborate with different teams to streamline internal processes for improved efficiency. - Take ownership of cross-selling initiatives and acquiring customer referrals to expand your own book of business. Qualifications Required: - 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales and customer-facing roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with high numeric ability. - Demonstrated high customer empathy and a sense of extreme ownership. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address customer issues. - Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges. - Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and established processes.,
