Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Tally / TallyPrime entries and generate financial reports.
• Manage GST compliance, including filing returns, claiming input tax credit, and resolving mismatches.
• Handling income tax processes such as TDS deductions, Form 16 issuance, and filing ITRs for the organization.
• Perform bank reconciliations by matching bank statements with company records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections follow-up.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits, including preparation of documentation and coordinating with auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / TallyPrime.
• Practical knowledge of GST and Income Tax compliance.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, AP/AR, and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with sound knowledge may also be considered.

Salary: Starting 25000 Rs
