The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day Tally / TallyPrime entries and generate financial reports. Manage GST compliance, including filing returns , claiming input tax credit , and resolving mismatches. Handling income tax processes such as TDS deductions , Form 16 issuance , and filing ITRs for the organization. Perform bank reconciliations by matching bank statements with company records. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections follow-up. Assist in internal and statutory audits , including preparation of documentation and coordinating with auditors. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes. Required Skills: Strong understanding of financial accounting principles . Hands-on experience with Tally / TallyPrime . Practical knowledge of GST and Income Tax compliance. Experience with bank reconciliation , AP/AR , and audit coordination . Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent. 1+ years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with sound knowledge may also be considered.
