The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, providing updates on projects, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and addressing any client concerns promptly.
