Account Manager-Sales

As an Account Manager at Markem-Imaje, your primary responsibility is to support the company's objective of fostering customer relationships, driving growth in market share and revenue, and meeting financial targets set by the Senior Management team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Growing revenue and market share within the assigned territory while achieving sales targets. - Developing a comprehensive sales plan to effectively cover all accounts in the territory. - Managing existing customer accounts to enhance satisfaction levels. - Identifying and closing new sales opportunities within the current customer base. - Prospecting for new opportunities and establishing relationships with new customers in the designated territory. - Learning and implementing the Markem-Imaje Sales Process, including all relevant procedures and policies. - Operating within expense guidelines and demonstrating proficiency in using the customer relationship management database. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Sound knowledge of the company's products and services. - Proficiency in selling, sales forecasting, and negotiation. - A good understanding of the market landscape and competitors. - Strong customer relationship management skills. This is a hybrid work arrangement position and is eligible for bonuses and commissions based on performance metrics and other outlined criteria.
