  • B2B/Corporate sales experience in consultative or SaaS environments
  • Preference for candidates with exposure to

    HRMS SaaS products

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage and influence

    CXO-level stakeholders

  • Proven track record in driving revenue targets and managing sales funnels
  • Strong consultative selling, analytical thinking, and customer-centric approach
  • Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • High integrity, work ethic, and understanding of competitive landscapes

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients/logos through lead generation and business development
  • Drive client onboarding, revenue realization, and upsell opportunities
  • Achieve lead conversion, invoicing, and collection targets
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with CXOs and business heads
