Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, as a District Representative/Account Manager for their expanding Paper Business Team in India. As a senior sales professional, your role will involve selling products/services to established customers, developing new prospects, and providing technical support. You will be expected to work in a safety-focused environment and be a partner to customers by adapting approaches to resolve issues. Your solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, market, and account needs will enable you to generate solutions based on limited information and past experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategic sales initiatives, manage key dealer accounts, and expand the business portfolio - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers - Inculcate Nalco value selling culture with digital enablers and provide technical support to dealers and end customers - Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations - Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in the assigned territory Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) (pulp, paper) - Working knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations Additional Company Details: Nalco Water offers a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and benefits, along with opportunities for a long-term, advancing career path in service, sales, or management.
