• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Plan and manage projects end-to-end - from brief to delivery
• Coordinate with creative, production, and performance teams
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Maintain reports, update trackers, and ensure timely communication
• Manage vendors
• 2-5 years of experience in account management or operations (agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Good grasp of marketing and content workflows
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, presentation
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
