Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
for both
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
and
Permanent hiring
mandates.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, ensuring smooth coordination and strong professional relationships.
Understand client requirements
thoroughly and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team
, monitor daily activities, set performance goals, and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
Drive
strategic sourcing
through multiple platforms such as
LinkedIn, job portals, references, and internal databases
.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates
based on technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with clients to
schedule interviews
, gather feedback, and facilitate the
offer and onboarding
process.
Handle
negotiations on offers, billing, and contractual terms
in coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and status trackers
to provide regular updates to management and clients.
Ensure
team productivity and process efficiency
through regular reviews, motivation, and training.
Build long-term
partnerships with clients
by delivering high-quality, timely, and result-oriented recruitment solutions.
