Job Description

Deputy Manager/Manager- Finalisation - HO Mahape



The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting and controlling

  1. Accounting and Financial Reporting


  • Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IND AS and Indian GAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Group Cos. for intercompany reconciliations.
  • Work closely with auditors (Statutory & Internal) to ensure smooth and timely audit completion.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
  • Ensure Income Tax and TDS filing and returns related matters including Tax Audit
  • Review and implement best practices for accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting.


  1. Ensuring Compliances to applicable laws


  • Preparation of data for GST assessments, litigations, and responses to notices from tax authorities.
  • Preparation of data for income assessments, litigations, and responses to notices from tax authorities
  1. Other Areas


Preparing reports: Preparing MIS reports, Monthly stock statements, CMA data


Qualification - Qualified CA
