Account Manager (Field Sales)

As a B2B Sales Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited, your role will involve front-ending the relationship with customers in your territory, ensuring sales and service delivery for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line Business. You will be the single point of contact for customers, aiming to achieve Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in both existing and new accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations according to assigned targets - Identify and acquire new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services - Cross-sell multiple product lines to existing and new customers - Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all business lines with specified maturity levels - Stay informed about competition plans, gather market insights, and plan sales strategies - Monitor competitor's offerings and devise sales interventions for different client segments In your role, you will be expected to: - Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate and secure orders/contracts to maximize revenue - Generate new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales experience; 6 months of experience acceptable for female candidates - Any Graduate - Good communication skills - Age up to 34 years - Female candidates preferred - Comfortable with fieldwork - Two-wheeler and driving license mandatory If you are enthusiastic about joining a leading global telecommunications company with a passion for innovative roles, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
