Job Description

As a B2B Sales Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited, your role involves ensuring sales and service in your assigned territory to deliver Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line Business. You will front-end the relationship with customers from Airtel's side and become the single point of contact for customers for all three lines of business. Your primary focus will be on achieving Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in both existing and new accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations as per assigned targets - Break into new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services - Cross-sell multi-product lines to existing and new customers - Build and maintain a healthy funnel for all three Lines of Business with earmarked levels of maturity - Stay informed about competition plans, collect insights for market intelligence, and plan sales interventions for different classes of clients In this role, you will be expected to: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue - Develop new business through upselling and cross-selling with existing clients - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions as per client needs Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales experience, 6 months experience is acceptable for female candidates - Any Graduate - Good communication skills - Age up to 34 years - Female candidates preferred - Comfortable with fieldwork - Possession of a Two Wheeler and Driving License is mandatory As a leading global telecommunications company, Bharti Airtel Limited is known for its innovative product offerings and commitment to providing top-notch services to its customers.
