Job Description

As an Account Manager at Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., your primary role will be to develop and maintain mutually beneficial business partnerships using all Blue Ridge Beverage product types and sales resources. Your main focus will be on maximizing sales and profitability for both the retailer and the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Continually meeting and exceeding retail expectations by ensuring timely and accurate orders, deliveries, product rotation, promotion program execution, merchandising standards, and correct inventory levels. - Achieving monthly objectives such as order development, cooler resets, execution of merchandising standards, quality rotation, and overall customer satisfaction. - Adhering strictly to the account service schedule and route assignments provided by management. - Executing retail programs, incentives, and new brand rollouts to meet account-specific objectives and volume goals. - Establishing effective two-way communications with your manager to discuss customer needs, opportunities, account progress, and potential issues. - Identifying product delivery and order opportunities based on storage, minimum load requirements, and customer input to make recommendations for improvement. - Reducing out-of-stocks and miss-orders through accurate ordering, replacement, redelivery, and problem-solving. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also need to: - Maintain professional relationships internally and externally. - Demonstrate a high level of integrity and respect. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. - Lead by example, build trust, and communicate efficiently in a team environment. - Work with a sense of urgency to accomplish goals and objectives. - Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work nights and early mornings as required. Minimum Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or sales-related positions. - Demonstrated customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. - Basic math skills and proficiency in technology. - Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills. - Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Additionally, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen that includes THC. The physical requirements of the job include frequent bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and sitting; fine finger and hand manipulation; clear speaking and hearing; good vision for reading and driving; and lifting up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 150 lbs.
