Corporate Payroll & Accounting Specialist

Join the Blue Ridge Beverage Team! Your duties will include monitoring timecard records for errors, ensuring compliance with tax laws, assisting with financial processes, generating reports, and other assigned tasks. You will maintain professional relationships internally and externally, demonstrate integrity, collaborate respectfully with employees at all levels, and lead by example in a team environment. To qualify for this role, you need a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills, good communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, continuous improvement mindset, and availability to travel occasionally to other company locations. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree in accounting, business, or related field, experience in analyzing and interpreting financial records, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP software. You should be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include standing, walking, sitting, fine finger and hand manipulation, speaking clearly, hearing, seeing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
