Warehouse Associate - Weekends Off!

As a Warehouse Associate (Night) at Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc. in Salem, VA, you will play a crucial role in the safe picking, moving, and loading of beverage products onto delivery trucks. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager (Night) and work full-time on a nonexempt basis with an hourly rate of $19.00. Your shift will be from Monday to Friday starting at 2 PM until the job is completed. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately and swiftly picking orders, replenishing pick locations, working in a fast-paced team environment, building pallets that are secure for travel, loading delivery trucks, and maintaining a clean workspace. It is essential to adhere to strict safety practices and company policies while demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism. You will also be required to maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels, show flexibility in working nights and early mornings as needed, and exhibit a sense of urgency in achieving goals. Basic math skills, organizational abilities, and previous experience in computerized warehousing are preferred. Experience with forklifts or electric pallet jacks is a plus.
