Role: Account Manager – Digital & Client Servicing

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Gurugram


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
  • Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Create compelling content calendars and schedules tailored to each client's target audience, industry trends, and marketing goals.
  • Conduct in-depth social media audits and performance analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into client strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, account management, and digital marketing to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
