As an Account Manager Customer Success at illumine, your role is crucial in ensuring that our US-based customers receive exceptional experiences and maximize the value they get from our childcare management platform. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with childcare centers and school leaders, driving product adoption, and championing customer success every step of the way. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and nurture a portfolio of US-based childcare centers and schools, establishing deep relationships with center owners and directors. - Drive product adoption and engagement by assisting customers in extracting the maximum value from illumine. - Conduct onboarding sessions, regular check-ins, and QBRs to guarantee customer success. - Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within your accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and provide effective solutions. - Monitor account health metrics, identify risks early, and take proactive measures to ensure customer retention. - Advocate for the customer's voice to influence our product roadmap and enhance the customer experience. - Deliver delightful, high-touch experiences that reflect illumine's commitment to partnership and care. **Requirements:** - 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or EdTech. - Proven track record of managing enterprise or mid-market clients in the US market. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency with CRM or CS tools. - Comfortable working within US time zones. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in the childcare or education industry. - Background in customer onboarding, product training, or renewals.
