Job Title: Account Manager / Cloud Consulting Sales Manager
Experience: 3–8 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Account Managers to join our Cloud Consulting Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a hunter mindset, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud solutions and drive business growth in a fast-evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to drive business growth in the assigned territory or vertical.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals independently.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Present and promote hybrid cloud IT solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and customers to meet sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Stay updated on cloud service models, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of client trust and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in Cloud or IT services.
  • Proven track record of managing and achieving annual sales targets of INR 3–5 Crores.
  • Graduate in B.Tech / B.Sc. or equivalent (technical background preferred).
  • Strong experience in lead generation and using lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Experience handling SMB, Startup, or Mid-Market customers is a plus.
