ACCOUNT MANAGER CREATIVE PRODUCTION - CLIENT SERVICING & DELIVERY

WHAT YOU OFFER US

We are looking for Client Servicingoriented Account Managers to strengthen our client partnership and delivery interface across regions (AMS, EMEA, and APAC).

This role goes beyond project coordination it combines client relationship management, production intelligence, and delivery governance. Youll act as the strategic link between clients and creative production teams, ensuring that every project runs seamlessly from brief to final delivery.

Ideal candidates will bring experience from advertising, digital, or creative production environments, with a deep understanding of creative workflows, marketing assets, and media formats (digital, motion, print, and omnichannel).

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

1. Client Partnership & Servicing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
  • Translate creative and marketing objectives into actionable production briefs.
  • Advise clients on production feasibility, timelines, and optimization opportunities across creative formats.
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and delivery excellence.

2. Project & Delivery Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from brief intake, planning, production, QC, and delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and internal communication between design, motion, and digital teams.
  • Ensure all jobs are initiated and tracked through workflow tools
  • Proactively identify risks or dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to maintain SLAs and quality standards.

3. Production Knowledge & Technical Understanding

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of creative production workflows across media types:
  • Digital: HTML5 banners, emails, landing pages, UI/UX, social assets
  • Motion: animation, video edits, motion graphics, versioning
  • Print: brochures, key visuals, retail and in-store materials
  • Understand creative tools, file formats, and delivery specs (Adobe CC, Figma, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Collaborate with automation and AI teams to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities.

4. Financial & Resource Management

  • Support budget estimation, effort tracking, and job reconciliation with finance and operations.
  • Manage workload distribution and utilization across assigned teams.
  • Contribute to discussions on account profitability and forecast accuracy.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Regional Service Delivery Heads and Studio Leads to align delivery strategy.
  • Collaborate with onshore account managers to ensure a unified, seamless client experience.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and performance clearly and proactively to all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client presentations, quarterly reviews, and NPS feedback follow-ups.

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • 8–14 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership within advertising, creative production, or digital agencies.
  • Proven ability to interface with global clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong working knowledge of creative production processes, asset management, and content adaptation workflows.
  • Familiarity with production tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Workfront, Jira, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills — fluent, confident, and structured.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creativity, process, and commercial pragmatism in decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in global production environments or offshore creative hubs.
  • Understanding of automation and AI tools in creative workflows (for scaling or versioning).
  • Exposure to campaign deployment, localization, or multi-market asset production.
  • Hands-on familiarity with delivery tools and quality management systems.
