Job Description

  • 7+ years of experience in Social Media, including platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, platform optimization, editorial planning, and social media calendar planning.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, trend monitoring, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with social media management and project management tools such as Oktopost and Workfront.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated team management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills in developing and managing teams.
  • Ability to plan and optimize social media campaigns for engagement and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting and leveraging social media metrics.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent in Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Certifications & Special Training
  • Advanced training in social media marketing tools and analytics preferred.
