Job Description

7+ years of experience in Social Media, including platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, platform optimization, editorial planning, and social media calendar planning.
Strong skills in data analysis, trend monitoring, and driving continuous improvement.
Proficient with social media management and project management tools such as Oktopost and Workfront.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Teams.
At least 3 years of demonstrated team management experience.
Proven leadership skills in developing and managing teams.
Ability to plan and optimize social media campaigns for engagement and brand awareness.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting and leveraging social media metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
MBA or equivalent in Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Certifications & Special Training

Advanced training in social media marketing tools and analytics preferred.
