Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for global clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery. Handle end-to-end client servicing for social media and digital campaigns. Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure smooth execution. Participate in daily/weekly client calls, status updates, and campaign performance discussions. Prepare and present reports, performance metrics, and campaign insights. Manage feedback loops and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements: 1.5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management. Exposure to managing global clients or international communication. Hands-on experience in social media campaigns, digital marketing, or content coordination.
