Job Location : Mumbai Head Office Qualification : CA - completed Gender no bar SAP Exp is mandatory Responsibilities 1) Financial Reporting and Analysis: responsible for periodic book closing, preparing and analysing financial statements (Standalone & Consolidation), including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Providing Monthly, quarterly & Annual financial Statements. Engaging and supporting Subsidiary / Joint Venture Companys and its Auditors as required. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and provide accurate financial information for decision-making. 2) Managing Accounting Operations: to oversee day-to-day accounting activities , such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing. They ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 3) Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Standards: To be updated with accounting regulations and standards, such as Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) , Schedule III etc. Ensure compliance with these standards. 4) Coordination with Auditors: ensure to complete the audits & limited reviews in timely manner by providing various data & resolving their queries. 5) Overseeing Team Development: To lead and manage accounting teams and Outsource partners, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 6) Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: to work closely with departments across the organization, such as Finance, MIS, Costing, Operations, and Human Resources etc. To provide financial insights, support decision-making, and collaborate on projects and initiatives that have financial implications Required skills : - Chartered Accountant Minimum five to seven years of experience in manufacturing industry (along with this retail industry exposure is desirable) -Proficient with SAP ERP -Good Knowledge of MS Office Reporting to General Manager Accounts If interested kindly revert with updated cv and required details on consultant4@wizmatrix.com Total Experience - Current CTC - Exp CTC - Notice Period -
