Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Business Development Account Manager with a passion for building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging DSRC’s value proposition to engage potential clients, primarily in the UK, USA, European, North American, and other global markets.

 

· Working Hours: UK/IE/USA

· Location: Chennai, India

Experience : 3 to 5 years

 

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven track record in account management within an IT consulting environment.
  • Expertise in building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of application development and IT services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Spot and act on new growth opportunities within current accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet and exceed client needs.
  • Use client feedback to improve service delivery.
