Roles and Responsibilities:

• Post day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP (Bank, Cash, Journal Vouchers, Sales & Purchase Invoices).
• Handle daily cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare and process expense vouchers.
• Manage routine bookkeeping and financial records.
• Finalize accounts including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and finalize the Balance Sheet as per statutory requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor, and customer ledgers regularly.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial projections, and management summaries.
• Maintain and reconcile all ledgers and accounting schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants for statutory audits and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax regulations.
• File monthly/annual GST returns, TDS returns, Tax Audit reports, and IT returns.
• Issue Form 16 to employees and manage employee tax compliance.
• Process payroll, calculate salaries, and handle PF, ESIC, Bonus payments.
• Manage supplier payments and verify bills for accounting entries.
• Track discount opportunities and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Handle accounting of grants and prepare fund utilization certificates.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial and statutory records.
• Support internal/external audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Present financial data to management, auditors, and investors.

Requirement and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Min. 4 years of experience including team handling
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team
• Effective team management skills, including setting goals, providing feedback, and resolving conflict
