JD for Account Management Intern
What You Can Expect: As an Intern, you will take on a learn in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will
collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns, provide strategic insights, and drive client
satisfaction. Your expertise in multitasking, attention to detail, and understanding of industry trends will be crucial
in ensuring the success of our clients' projects.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and
expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and
professionally
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects, discuss future plans, and offer
strategic advice
• Update client in advance for any kind of delays or obstacles that might affect the ongoing work
• Make sure the client gives confirmation on emails / official communication channels before beginning any work
B. Day-to-Day Task Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, designers, editors, and data teams to ensure the successful
execution of client campaigns
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all account management activities through regular quality control checks (QC)
and documented reviews
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope,
and to the highest standards
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on ideas and campaigns
C. Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with Brand Solutions, Account Management, and Creative Teams to understand project
requirements and deliver client needs
D. Turnaround Time (TAT) for project completion
• Ensuring all the projects assigned are met on the given deadline
• Prioritise tasks across various brands & teams ensuring timely & accurate delivery of client work
Requirements
• Proficiency in GSuite for daily tasks and project management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ongoing trends across social media and their relevance in a commercial environment.
• Minimum 03 months to 06 months of experience in Relevant Field
• Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to optimize systems and processes for efficiency.
• Candidate must be from Mumbai Location and is available for 03 months of full time internship
• Ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry trends and client needs
Stipend: 15k per month
