Account Intern

We are looking for a fresher for the role of accounts intern. Internship experience in a similar role is mandatory. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting and be eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting entries
• Prepare and manage invoices
• Follow up with clients for payment collection
• Manage petty cash and maintain records
• Support the accounts team in maintaining financial records
• Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
• Assist in coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments
• Handle basic office administrative work related to accounts

Requirements

• Internship experience in accounting or admin role is mandatory
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• Having a laptop is mandatory.
