Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, QuickBooks).
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
• Record and reconcile bank statements.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax filings.
• Help with data entry and filing of financial documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
• Work closely with senior accountants and other departments as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software like Tally (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Preferred:

• Internship or project experience in accounting or finance (if any).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation (added advantage).

Salary: As per industry standardsExperience: 0–1 year

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
