Position Summary

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Data Entry

• Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/accounting software.
  
• Maintain ledgers for vendors, customers, and statutory accounts.
  
• Record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
  

Documentation & Workflow

• Ensure proper filing of

  bills, vouchers, and accounting records

  .
• Maintain and update registers such as:
  

• Cheque Issue Register

• LC (Letter of Credit) Register

• Bank Guarantee Register

• Outstanding Loans Register

• Credit Card Dues Register

• Track and process

  inward bills and vendor payments

  as per timelines.
• Support reconciliation of

  bank accounts, vendor/customer balances, and statutory ledgers

  .

Support to Compliance & Reporting

• Assist in preparation of data for

  GST, TDS, and statutory filings

  .
• Provide necessary documentation for audits and assessments.
  
• Generate MIS data/reports as required by senior management.
  

Coordination

• Work closely with the Senior Manager – Taxation and finance team.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely collection of supporting documents.
  
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to accounting policies.
  

Candidate Profile

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Experience:

  2–5 years in accounting, preferably in

  manufacturing industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting workflows

  .
• Basic understanding of

  GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

  (preferred).
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel and accounting/ERP software

  .
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
