Job Description

We are Hiring For Accounts Executive (Junior)

Location: Ekkattuthangal

Note: Male Candidates More preferable

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and sales bills.
Handle customer payments, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
Handle GST, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits.
Maintain inventory and stock records for vehicles, spares, and accessories.
Assist management in budget preparation and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2–5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive (preferably in the automobile sector).
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
