Job Title:

Executive / Sr. Executive Wage Accounting

Department:

Hinjewadi Pune

Experience Required:

MBA (Finance) / M.Com

Job Summary:

Executive / Sr. Executive Wage Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Wage Payment Processing:
Download wage sheets from the system.
Upload wage data securely to the bank server for processing.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely payment of PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory dues.
Maintain statutory compliance trackers for audit and internal purposes.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with the bank and internal collection teams for wage disbursements and related queries.
Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for accurate wage inputs.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Manage manual document inward processes related to wage records.
Maintain organized records for internal and external audits.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare wage-related MIS reports on a regular basis.
Assist in financial audits and compliance checks.
Legal & Regulatory Knowledge:
Stay updated on labor laws and statutory requirements affecting wage processing.
Ensure full compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other relevant regulations.
Systems & Tools:
Operate efficiently using
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word) and
ERP systems
.

Strong knowledge of

Good understanding of
PF, ESIC, PT

labor laws
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(especially Excel) and
ERP software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
