Key Responsibilities include:

• The Entry-Level Accountant will assist with various accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the company. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in journal posting and reconciliation required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
• Assist with the preparation and filing of payroll taxes
• Knowledge of Cash Applications

Offered salary 20000 to 25000
