Account Executive

Job Summary:

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  TDS computation, filing, and payment

  within statutory deadlines.
• Handle

  GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance

  (monthly, quarterly, and annual returns).
• Prepare and process

  sales and purchase invoices

  ; ensure accuracy in client billing and vendor documentation.
• Oversee

  vendor payments

  , maintain payment schedules, and ensure timely settlements.
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  and maintain updated records of transactions.
• Support

  monthly and annual financial closing activities

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, expense claims, and financial reporting.
  
• Assist auditors and management during financial reviews and statutory audits.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in compliance with company and legal standards.
  

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

  or equivalent qualification.

• 25 years

  of accounting experience, preferably in an

  IT services or professional services

  company.
• Strong working knowledge of

  TDS, GST, and statutory filings

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks

  , or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of

  MS Excel

  and ability to prepare reconciliation statements and reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling

  international client invoicing and forex transactions

  .
• Understanding of

  SaaS or IT service billing models

  .
• Exposure to

  audit preparation

  and

  financial reporting

  .
