What Youll Do:

Would be dealing with Small Businesses in the North American MarketWould be handling meetings set by the SDRsBuilding and maintaining a solid pipeline for an efficient Middle & Bottom of the FunnelPrioritizing Impactful Discoveries, Mastering Demos and High ClosuresMaintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needsCoordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflowManage communications for critical deals between upper management and relevant stakeholdersStay current with company offerings and industry trendsOversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practicesResponsibilitiesSolve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectationsIllustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trendsPerform strategic prospecting - Follow ups, personalized communications, proposals, contracts, etcIdentify potential bottlenecks prior and come up with solutions to mitigate frictionFollow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunitiesBuilding a solid pipeline by having prioritizing a value based modelapproach towards prospects and ensuring high MOFU & BOFUrequirementsExperience as a B2B SasS Account Executive to North American markets is mandateAbility to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunitiesAbility to understand client needs and negotiate costs and servicesProficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systemsBachelor s degree (or equivalent) in business or related disciplineProficiency in EnglishHighly well versed in verbal and written communicationExperience developing internal processes and filing systemsWhy You ll Join UsBirdeye is where industry leadership meets next-generation innovation.
