Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
Handle queries related to AP and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable:
Generate customer invoices and monitor collections.
Maintain accurate AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for payment-related issues.
Payments & Banking:
Prepare and execute payment runs in SAP.
Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
General Accounting:
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
SAP (FI Module)
.
Good understanding of
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payment processes
.
Familiarity with
manufacturing industry accounting practices
.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
