Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Farvision ERP to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance to our day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Manage financial records and transactions using Farvision ERP.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Generate and maintain MIS reports and other financial documentation.
5. Ensure timely compliance with taxation and statutory requirements.
6. Assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
•Proficiency in Farvision ERP is mandatory.
Required Skills:
•Expertise in Farvision ERP and MS Excel.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
•Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
