Maintain accurate books of accounts in QuickBooks on a day-to-day basis
Record and review sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a periodic basis
Post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reversals as required
Maintain accounts payable and receivable, including ageing reports and follow-ups
Ensure proper classification of income and expenses in line with accounting standards
Process and account for payroll entries and employee reimbursements
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all accounting transactions.
